PiLON is seeking a proactive and committed SHEQ Advisor to champion safety, wellbeing, and best practices across our projects.

Responsibilities- Report daily to the Senior SHEQ Manager
- Conduct quarterly SHEQ audits and produce monthly reports
- Support ISO audits and maintain compliance with SHEQ standards
- Keep systems like ECO-online and toolbox registers up to date
- Help develop and implement safe systems of work
- Lead by example during site safety tours and forums
- Identify improvement opportunities and escalate concerns appropriately
- Contribute to SHEQ forums and monthly bulletins
- Promote PiLON’s/ United Infrastructure's core values and uphold data protection (GDPR) standards

Your Skills & Qualities- Solid understanding of SHEQ procedures and legislation
- Experience in data analysis, KPI reporting, and admin tasks
- Clear, confident communication, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Self-driven with excellent time management
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- A practical, problem-solving approach to challenges
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- TechIOSH membership
- CSCS card (desirable)
- Fire Marshal/ Safety Certificate
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate (desirable)
- First Aid at Work
