Responsibilities

  • Maintain a training and competency matrix for employees and contractors
  • Record incident reports
  • Support the SHEQ Advisor and keep health and safety records up to date
  • Update monthly safety bulletins and create Safety Passports
  • Assist with company inductions
  • Perform general health and safety duties, including maintaining RAMS and near-miss records
  • Attend site visits or client meetings as required (transport arranged)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn; full training and support provided

Working Hours

8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Benefits
