  • Utility Infrastructure – Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
  • Social Infrastructure – Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, and ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates.
  • Contact clients via e‑mail and telephone daily.
  • Responsible for all planning, administrative and customer liaison requirements for assigned projects, keeping Total Mobile updated with accurate data for reporting.
  • Logging all new jobs onto Total Mobile.
  • Resident contact to arrange Validation Surveys and Post Inspection Surveys.
  • Allocating relevant job codes to Site Managers for surveys.
  • Responding to client queries regarding access to properties.
  • Generating letters to residents at various points of the job workflow.
  • Monitoring shared inbox to maintain targeted response levels for action emails.
  • Providing admin support to the Disrepairs Team.
  • Raising purchase orders as instructed.
  • Attending client meetings as requested.

Qualifications

  • Relevant admin qualification or proven experience.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Strong experience working in a fast‑moving environment delivering a high‑quality, robust delivery service.
  • Experience working in a customer‑facing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Able to demonstrate an awareness and understanding of equality issues.
