Overview
We are currently seeking qualified plumbers for water meter installations in domestic properties across the Northumbrian Water region for a large Utilities company. You will be primarily responsible for the safe installation, maintenance, and removal of Smart Meters, whilst also responding to any maintenance or emergency appointments.
Responsibilities
- Attend induction and training prior to working live on the contract.
- Install a range of water meters (both internal and external), with a number of jobs allocated per day, and the ability to request additional jobs if desired.
- Carry out plumbing surveys alongside the installations.
- Respond to maintenance or emergency appointments as required.
Qualifications
- Level 2 qualified Plumber with at least one year of experience.
- Ideally City & Guilds plumbing qualification (or similar).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
