Our Social Infrastructure pillar operates in the refurbishment and regeneration of thousands of properties nationally; we are currently looking for a SHEQ Advisor to provide invaluable health and safety support and advice to teams undertaking cyclical internal/external refurbishment works across our projects in East Midlands.

Your role as SHEQ Advisor will involve:

  • Undertaking periodic risk assessments reviews and implementing more robust procedures when necessary.
  • Providing specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues/subcontractors.
  • Ensuring contracts are compliant and that positive behaviours are embedded in the day-to-day works of our operational teams.
  • Investigating incidents and accidents and providing formal reports and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

This is primarily a site-based role which will require a SHEQ professional with previous construction/property services experience, in addition to a full UK driving license and vehicle for work purposes. You will also possess the following:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • Environmental Management & NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety (desirable).
