United Infrastructure is a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, focused on delivering critical infrastructure projects across the utility and social infrastructure sectors. We are looking for a graduate to join our Central Services - People team. As a Graduate at United Infrastructure, you will learn something new every day and develop your skills and knowledge in the construction industry in a supportive environment with an approachable team. Day-to-day, you’ll be assisting the People Team to support our workforce of over 2000 colleagues. You’ll gain experience working with various teams such as Talent Acquisition and Development, Shared Services, and Business Partnering. Our graduate programme lasts for two years, and you will have a tailored development pathway aligned to your discipline. You will attend virtual and in-person events across the two years to enable you to develop and hone your business and leadership skills, in addition to your technical skills through working towards professional accreditation. You’ll be supported to develop both professionally and personally, and wherever you want to take your career, hard work will be rewarded with progression opportunities in a variety of pathways.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2.2 Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
  • Good organisation, time management and communication skills.
  • Driving licence or be actively working towards achieving this.
  • You must also be available to start full-time work by September 2026.
