Job Summary
The Responsive Repairs division delivers critical repairs and maintenance work to residential properties in partnership with housing associations across the UK. This role is part of a fast‑paced team of Multi‑Trades Operatives and involves delivering a high‑quality responsive repair service to housing association residents in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Perform a diverse range of construction and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, plastering, painting, and more.
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, and renovation work on residential properties.
- Assess problems and find practical solutions across different trades, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- Work directly with clients, providing good communication and customer‑service skills to understand and meet their needs.
