Join our team at United Infrastructure, working with a well-established team based in Loughton, Essex. If you are somebody that enjoys coordinating teams, organising appointments and liaising with residents, this role will be a perfect opportunity to expand your existing knowledge and passion for Housing. This is a Fixed Term opportunity for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
As part of your role, your main duties will include:
- Contacting residents to book appointments and check progress of works.
- Attend meetings to update key stakeholders on regular progress.
- Work with site supervisors and surveyors to coordinate reports and auditing.
- Updating spreadsheets with key updates.
- Working as part of a wider team covering Disrepairs, Specialist Works and Major works.
