- Utility Infrastructure: Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
- Social Infrastructure: Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Performance Manager to support the Operations Director within a fast-growing infrastructure business. This is a broad, hands-on role focused on strengthening operational performance, supporting business growth, and establishing robust project governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Support client relationship management and engagement activities; track business opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility; assist with proposals, bids, and tender submissions.
- PMO & Governance: Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance tracking tools; monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation; support governance processes across the project portfolio.
- Supply Chain Management: Assist in developing and managing supplier relationships; monitor supply chain performance and identify capability gaps.
- Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Director; identify and resolve operational issues proactively; contribute to internal reporting and business performance tracking.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in operations, PMO, or business management roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
