The Commercial Assistant reports to the LCT Commercial Manager (Ayrshire).
Your key areas of responsibility are:
- Commercial Delivery of the LCT- LV Framework SP Contract (Ayrshire)
- Assistance to Quantity Surveyor with Building of Bill of Quantities for Client
- Working towards KPI Targets
Qualifications and skill base:
- Candidates working towards BSc Quantity Surveying would be preferred but non essential
- PC skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience at working to tight deadlines without supervision.
- Good communications skills.
- Self motivator, taking responsibility for own workload.
- A clean driving licence is preferable.
