United Infrastructure is a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, focused on delivering critical infrastructure projects across the utility and social infrastructure sectors.

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. This permanent, full‑time role will support financial administration, accounts, purchase orders, accounts payable, and payroll.

Hours: 8‑4 pm Monday to Friday.

Location: Hemel Hempstead office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documents.
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficient in data entry and experience with accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles is a plus.
