Responsibilities
- Maintaining a training and competency matrix for employees and contractors
- Recording incident reports
- Working hand and hand with your SHEQ Advisor
- Updating monthly safety bulletins
- Creation of Safety Passports and managing and updating
- Assist on company inductions
- General Ad hoc Health and Safety Duties
This role would be working closely with our Health & Safety Adviser and keeping the relevant records up to date. General experience, or an interest in HSE, or maintaining RAMS, or near miss records would be desirable but not essential, as full training and support can be given. You may also be required to attend site visits or client meetings – transport can be arranged for this.
Requirements
Good communication skills and excellent time management skills.
Hours of work are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
Location: Hemel Hempstead.
Prior experience is a bonus but not required; we value a hunger for learning and a willingness to grow with us.
