Our team of highly skilled and hardworking specialists deliver innovative solutions to the complex challenges our clients face.

Our company is split into two business areas:

  • Utility Infrastructure – Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
  • Social Infrastructure - Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

The Fitter will be working as part of the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment and machinery in the business are operating efficiently with the minimum amount of downtime and they are kept in safe and good mechanical working order.

As a Plant fitter, your work will involve:

  • Regularly inspecting engines, gearboxes, hydraulics, trailers, excavators, tyres, etc.
  • Identifying faults, dismantling parts and repairing or replacing faulty parts.
  • Reassembling parts and testing them to make sure they are working properly and safely.
  • Arranging for machinery that cannot be repaired on sites to be transferred to the workshop.
  • Carrying out routine servicing of plant and equipment both on sites and in the workshop.
