You will have: A minimum of 5 years experience working for a refurbishment main contractor. Significant experience managing multiple contracts, sites, and operational teams simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and drive high-performing teams. Excellent commercial awareness, including procurement, subcontractor management, and supply chain engagement. Strong analytical and data interrogation skills, with the ability to use performance data to inform decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and project tracking/reporting systems. Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills. A thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining safe working environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver results through others. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required. Desirable Previous experience within social housing, planned maintenance, or property services. Experience delivering refurbishment programmes on behalf of local authorities or housing associations. Relevant construction qualifications and/or professional memberships.
