Our team of highly skilled and hardworking specialists deliver innovative solutions to the complex challenges our clients face. Our company is split into two business areas:
- Utility Infrastructure – Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
- Social Infrastructure – Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.
Purpose
To manage the successful and timely delivery of the design programme, ensuring operations and the design teams are fully aligned to the plan. Assure designs are compliant with contractual guidelines. Lead on design programme review sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain good practice and alignment with client and national standards throughout the design phase.
Specific Duties
- Plan, manage and maintain detailed design programme(s) for wireless delivery, monitoring progress and ensuring UIC are on track to achieving key milestones & targets.
- Inputting risk/delays into the schedule, assessing the impact and reporting into the UIC project team
- Capture any early warnings, compensation events or project management instructions into the project schedule.
- Liaise with the UIC operations team to understand the resource profile & productivity assumptions to ensure key targets are met.
- Understand the critical path of the programme and work with the wider team to maintain and troubleshoot risks and issues.
- Build strong Client relationships and brand representation.
- Find efficiencies and improvements in internal and external processes.
- Input data into internal and client systems where required to ensure alignment
- Any other duties as assigned

- Strong understanding of CDM & Health and Safety management
