Our company is split into two business areas:
- Utility Infrastructure – Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
- Social Infrastructure - Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.
As a Customer Liaison Officer, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of the latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant administration experience
- Experience in a Planning role would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience in a customer/3rd party liaison field
- Understanding of and experience in Stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Previous Highways authority experience would be advantageous but not essential
