We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to join our team at Alltami, Mold. Reporting to the management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations, statutory compliance, and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and statutory checks.
  • Coordinate and schedule routine inspections and testing, including fire safety checks, first aid provisions, and legionella testing.
  • Ensure all compliance logs and certificates are up to date and filed correctly.
  • Assist with health & safety audits and reporting.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Support internal and external communications as required.
  • Work in a manner to ensure personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health & safety guidelines and policies.
  • Various other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience in an office administration role.
  • Experience in office compliance and statutory checks.
  • Liaise with landlord (waste, fire and meter readings).
  • Operate in accordance to the premises management plan.
  • Knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and legionella testing procedures.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
Additional Information

Must be highly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with data. Must be a good time keeper. This job is a full-time role covering office hours from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday. This is an office based role working with the management team in Cryers Lane, Chester CH2.
