As our Business Administration Support, you’ll play a key role in keeping GTEC organised, responsive and running smoothly. You’ll support training delivery, internal processes and the wider team. You will be helping our mission come to life behind the scenes. It’s varied, people‑focused and perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, structure and teamwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing day‑to‑day administrative and operational support across the business
- Coordinating training courses, including bookings, schedules and course information
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems with confidence
- Acting as a professional and friendly point of contact for customers, trainers and colleagues
- Preparing course materials, reports and business documentation
- Supporting internal processes, projects and general office activities
- Spotting issues early and helping find practical solutions
- Ensuring a high standard of service and attention to detail at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or business support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- A positive, dependable and proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, evolving environment
