Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line support for IT incidents and service requests.
- Support and manage Lenovo/Dell laptops, mobile devices (Samsung/Apple), and Microsoft 365 apps including Teams.
- Troubleshoot video conferencing tools (Logitech, Teams).
- Log and track issues using ITSM tools and escalate when needed.
- Support onboarding, training, and IT hardware lifecycle (procurement to disposal).
- Maintain asset records and conduct regular audits.
- Assist with IT projects and system improvements.
Requirements
- Previous 1st Line IT support experience in a medium to enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and common hardware.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals or similar).
- Full UK driving licence.
