Site Manager – Kitchen & Bathroom Planned Works

Pi LON is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within occupied social housing properties.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while providing an excellent experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Supervise direct labour and subcontractors, driving productivity and quality across all works.
  • Deliver kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects in line with programme, budget, and client expectations.
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, inspections, and audits.
  • Monitor workmanship, material quality, housekeeping, and waste management.
  • Maintain accurate site records and project updates using Pi LLAR and Pi LON 360 systems.
  • Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and customer-focused service.
  • Identify and elevate safeguarding concerns, vulnerable resident needs, or fuel poverty issues where appropriate.
  • Support the Contracts and Project Managers in planning, reporting, and successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience managing Kitchen & Bathroom Planned Works programmes.
  • Social Housing sector experience (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance.
  • Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and resident liaison skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Valid CSCS Card (Supervisor level or equivalent).
