You will manage repairs, voids, disrepair and maintenance contracts, lead operations to hit performance and budget targets, and ensure H&S compliance while maintaining strong client, resident and stakeholder relationships.
Experience with Schedule of Rates (SOR) and solid commercial/financial management is essential.
