## Project Support OfficerApply: Energy\\_Wormington: Full time: Posted Today: JR101700United Infrastructure is looking for an organised and proactive Project Support Officer to join our Wormington project team.This role will be based initially from our offices in CheltenhamThis is a varied, hands-on role combining project administration, site administration and office management, providing day-to-day support to the project team and helping ensure the project office runs efficiently. Key responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the Project and Site Management teams* Coordinate meetings, minutes, actions, diaries and project communications* Manage the day-to-day running of the project office* Maintain project trackers, registers, records and reporting information* Coordinate visitors, new starters, office access and facilities* Support site mobilisation, inductions and workforce administration* Liaise with project functions including Construction, Engineering, Commercial and HSEQ* Assist with travel, accommodation and project events where required About You You'll be highly organised, confident and proactive, with previous experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator, Office Manager or Project Support role.Experience within construction, engineering, energy, utilities or infrastructure would be advantageous, along with strong Microsoft Office/365 skills.Join us at United Infrastructure and be part of our mission to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to the complex infrastructure needs of the UK. #J-18808-Ljbffr
