Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line support for IT incidents and service requests.
  • Support and manage Lenovo/Dell laptops, mobile devices (Samsung/Apple), and Microsoft 365 apps including Teams.
  • Troubleshoot video conferencing tools (Logitech, Teams).
  • Log and track issues using ITSM tools and escalating when needed.
  • Support onboarding, training and IT hardware lifecycle (procurement to disposal).
  • Maintain asset records and conduct regular audits.
  • Assist with IT projects and system improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous 1st line IT support experience in a medium to enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and common hardware.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals or similar).
  • Full UK driving licence.
