Key Accountabilities
Full accountability for portfolio commercial performance. Ownership of: Margin delivery, CVR accuracy, risk and opportunity management. Leadership of Commercial Managers / SCMs. Delivery of contract-level commercial strategies.

  • Lead monthly CVR reviews and forecast consolidation
  • Approve commercial strategies and baselines
  • Drive change management and value recovery
  • Lead dispute strategy and escalation
  • Manage commercial resource allocation
  • Develop team capability and succession

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10–15 years commercial experience
  • Experience managing multiple contracts/frameworks
  • Proven leadership of teams
  • Quantity Surveying or Commercial degree
  • RICS (preferred/working towards)
