The Subcontractor Manager is responsible for managing subcontractor relationships, performance, compliance, and operational delivery across projects and service contracts. This role ensures subcontractors meet contractual obligations, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines while supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will oversee subcontractor onboarding, performance monitoring, commercial coordination, and risk management while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Subcontractor Management
- Manage subcontractor relationships across multiple operational and project-based activities.
- Oversee subcontractor onboarding, qualification, and compliance processes.
- Ensure subcontractors deliver services in accordance with contractual agreements and company standards.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and supplier evaluations.
- Operational Coordination
- Coordinate subcontractor activities with operational and project delivery teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum [5–7] years of experience in subcontractor, supplier, operations, or project management.
- Experience working within infrastructure, facilities management, construction, utilities, or maintenance environments preferred.
- Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes.
- Strong subcontractor and supplier management experience.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational priorities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards.
