You will play a critical part in ensuring system reliability, maintaining compliance with FGAS regulations, and supporting overall site functionality and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake working at height activities, including climbing, as required (full training and certification provided)
  • Carry out general site maintenance tasks, supporting overall asset condition and performance
  • Complete basic fabric repairs (e.g. minor building works, upkeep, and remedial tasks)
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards and company procedures
  • Provide clear and accurate job reporting and documentation
  • Support other engineering disciplines as required, contributing to a flexible, multi-skilled team environment

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within a commercial or industrial environment
  • FGAS qualified (Category 1 essential)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
  • Experience working on large-scale systems (including units over 5 tonnes)
  • Comfortable working at height or willing to undertake training
  • Experience in general maintenance and/or fabric repairs desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload across a wide geographical area

  • Ability to balance specialist AC work with wider site responsibilities
  • Team player who can support and collaborate across functions
