Job Description
- Isolate kitchen power (switch off consumer unit)
- Lock off kitchen circuit with padlock while working
- Remove sockets, then reinstall after work is complete
- Inform resident that kitchen sockets cannot be used for approx. 2 hours (risk of short circuit)
- Install tiles around the bath only
- If bath is between 3 walls: tile all 3 walls along full bath length
- If bath is in an L-shape (2 walls): tile only along the bath length
- No full tiling at WC area
- Tile behind sink only, up to 3 rows high
Qualifications
- Asbestos awareness training (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
- CSCS Card
Additional Information

- Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
- Good conversational English
