Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization with 35 years of experience. They are currently seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact both on the phone and face-to-face.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

Hourly rate: DOE

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering a busy phone system, transferring calls, and taking messages.
  2. Dealing with engineers, installers, and customers.
  3. Meeting and greeting visitors.
  4. Performing general administrative duties as required.
  5. Previous reception experience and computer literacy are required.
  6. Experience with switchboards or similar is essential.
