As an established company dealing in a variety of legal matters including Personal Injury, Immigration, Family law, Medical Negligence, Wills and Probates and Conveyancing, you can feel confident that they will be able to deal with and resolve any legal issue with a positive outcome and minimum stress.

A new vacancy has arisen we are recruiting for an experienced Solicitor/Litigator RTA. The candidate must be fluent in Urdu and or Punjabi as the clients she will be dealing with are conversant in these languages. The Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience, plus bonus. Monday-Friday flexible working including 1 or 2 days remote.

Duties:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
  • Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to clients
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents
  • Attending court hearings and advocate where appropriate
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Working proactively and collaboratively within a supportive team environment

Experience:

  • You will have approximately 7–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience
  • Be confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Be an attentive listener, detail-oriented, and capable of managing client interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills
  • Be able and willing to travel and attend court hearings as required
