My clients are well established and very busy. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fitting Shop Supervisor to join an expanding engineering company.
Experienced engineer with a background in heavy Engineering and leading a team. To lead a fitting shop, allocate work and hit deadlines ensuring 5S and health and safety are adhered to.
Start salary up to around £40k DOE. Working hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 1pm on Fridays. Free site parking is available, along with plenty of overtime.

The Role:
You will be an experienced engineer with a background in heavy Engineering and leading a team. To lead a fitting shop, allocate work and hit deadlines ensuring 5S and health and safety are adhered to. To lead problem-solving solutions.
Qualifications/skills:
- Experience of working in a factory environment preferably on CNC Machines, Lathes and Grinding Equipment
- Experience in heavy engineering background
- 5S lean manufacturing and health and safety experience
