We are looking for highly organized and proactive executive-level assistant to support within various departments such as Operations, Technology, Legal, HR, Finance, and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver confidential administrative and organizational support to senior executives
• Manage dynamic schedules and high-volume calendars with precision
• Arrange international travel, accommodations, and handle related documentation
• Draft, edit, and review sensitive correspondence and materials
• Prepare and collate presentations, data summaries, and briefing documents
• Maintain oversight of office operations and liaise across departments
• Support leadership in meeting coordination, agenda setting, and action tracking

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite or Director-level leadership (Legal/Consulting/Accounting Firm Background)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in calendar, travel, and visa coordination
• Discretion and ability to thrive in fast-paced global environments
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English
