As one of the fastest-growing and highest-rated commercial energy suppliers in the UK, UGP is expanding its outbound sales team. We are seeking a highly driven, energetic, and resilient Account Executive who thrives in a proactive outbound environment and is motivated by high earnings, performance, and progression. This is a full 360° outbound B2B sales role. You will generate your own pipeline, prospect new business customers, book and run your own meetings, close deals, and manage relationships throughout the entire sales cycle—all supported by a market-leading commission structure with genuine, realistic earnings of £70k+.

Responsibilities- Proactively generate new business through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, warm calling, email outreach and prospecting.
- Build, grow, and manage your own outbound sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
- Deliver the full end-to-end sales process—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Consistently achieve and exceed outbound activity KPIs and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
- Accurately update and manage all CRM activity.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to support strong outbound positioning.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a high-quality customer experience.
- Maximise earnings through an uncapped, market-leading commission scheme.
- A naturally proactive, high-energy salesperson who loves outbound activity.
- Proven experience hitting and exceeding sales targets, ideally in a fast-paced outbound environment.
- Confident communicator with strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined—able to manage your own workload and take ownership of your success.
- Resilient, competitive, and target-driven with a desire to earn uncapped commission.
- Strong organisational and CRM skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Basic salary up to £30k depending on experience.
- Realistic OTE of £70k+, uncapped.
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm (some hybrid considered).
