What You Will Contribute
We are looking for a Client Services Manager at CobaltFX. In this role, you will own client‑facing projects, onboarding, and ongoing delivery, acting as a key point of coordination between clients and internal teams. You will ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and successful client outcomes, working closely with product, support, and engineering in an institutional FX and fintech environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Project Management
- Lead and coordinate client‑facing projects from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure clear communication of milestones and expectations with clients.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Manage ongoing client communication, updates, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely, high‑quality responses to client needs.
- Client Onboarding
- Oversee new client onboarding processes including technical integration and operational setup.
- Facilitate internal collaboration to ensure successful go‑live and post‑implementation support.
- Document and enhance onboarding processes for efficiency and repeatability.
- Coordinate with product, support, and engineering teams to help prioritize delivery based on client impact.
- Advocate for client needs within internal planning discussions.
- Support continuous feedback between clients and internal teams.
You will bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in client services, project management, or a related role in fintech or FX.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and client relationships simultaneously.
- Comfortable interfacing with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in institutional financial services or FX market infrastructure.
- Understanding of technical integration processes (e.g., FIX API).
- Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
- Familiarity with client onboarding best practices in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Location & Working Arrangements
This role is based in London. The position is full‑time and will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
