About this Role
The Student Services team have an opportunity for the right candidate to be part of our Enrichment team
Together with your Enrichment team colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, developing and running the College Enrichment programme, which will engage students and contribute to their personal and social development and employability
Through your Team leader, the Enrichment team will work closely with the Head of Student Services and Assistant Principals to ensure the programme of activities meets the needs of our students across the College group.
We have multiple campuses, as parted of the united group, you will work at our different campuses during the working week. Some activities will be ‘out of hours’ and also off site and will require Risk Assessments to take place.
Listening to the needs of student is an important aspect of the Enrichment programme and involves Mentoring and supporting, Student Voice and Union and assisting the administration of the Student Class Reps process
The successful candidate should have a relevant youth related degree or an equivalent related qualification.
