The Department of Supported Learning is seeking a Curriculum Manager for our highly successful Supported Internship Programmes. Working across host business sites, you will lead the education team and use excellent teamwork and organisational skills to partner proactively with programme partners. Your goal will be to deliver programmes that enable our SEND learners to achieve substantial, sustainable paid employment upon completion of their course.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the education team across host business sites.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve an innovative and ambitious curriculum for SEND learners.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance throughout the programme.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within partner organisations.
- Inspire and motivate team members to meet programme objectives and learner success goals.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience working on employability programmes with SEND learners.
