Location: Willesden Campus, Willesden Green, Brent, London.
Salary: £47,391 - £52,468 per year, with potential market supplement up to £5,000.

About the Roles
The Curriculum Manager for ECBE will contribute to the operational management, development and performance of all aspects of the College’s delivery of teaching, learning and assessment. They will implement quality improvement strategies within the OFSTED framework, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and lead performance management of direct reports to achieve high outcomes. The role will be based at Willesden Campus and will lead on employer engagement and internal quality assurance within their area.
- Hold a teaching qualification or equivalent
- Have a track record of operational leadership and management in a Further Education setting
- Experience in staff development in vocational area and learning and teaching
- Experience in recruitment, induction and guidance of students
- Experience contributing to curriculum planning, design and development
- Experience leading and managing staff and budget management
- Experience in leading/coordinating quality improvements in curriculum delivery
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Commitment to meeting the needs of learners, employers and communities
- Strong commitment to College values, equality and diversity
- Specialism in Plumbing, Gas, or Refrigeration is desirable
