We are seeking a committed and suitably qualified Lecturer to tutor and teach groups of young people with learning disabilities and SEND on our supported internship programmes. Based primarily on the host business premises, you will work closely with our partners to deliver an innovative and ambitious curriculum that will enable interns to achieve their ambition of gaining substantial and sustainable paid employment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a structured educational programme to students on an employability‑focused programme.
- Work flexibly as part of a multi‑agency team to ensure high levels of responsiveness to students’ needs.
- Offer stimulating, stretching and individualised teaching to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver accredited learning, including work‑based learning, and meet awarding body and internal moderation requirements.
- Assume additional duties as required, such as assessment, moderation and professional development activities.

Benefits
- Teaching rate: £33.57 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Tutor rate: £39.77 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Additional duties rate: £25.71 per hour (including holiday pay)
