About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Exams Officer to join our Exams and Assessments team. This is a key role supporting the delivery of examinations and assessments across the College, ensuring all processes are managed efficiently, securely and in line with JCQ and awarding body regulations. Working closely with the Exams and Assessments Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of exams across multiple campuses, provide expert guidance to Exams Officers, and help maintain the integrity of the assessment process. You will play a leading role in ensuring exam timetables, entries, results, invigilation arrangements and awarding body requirements are delivered accurately and on time. The role also involves supporting compliance visits and inspections, reviewing and improving systems and processes, developing colleagues within the exams team, and deputising for the Exams and Assessments Manager when required.
