About the Role

As IT Helpdesk Coordinator, you’ll be the key contact for users accessing IT support, ensuring a professional, efficient and customer‑focused service. You’ll manage the day‑to‑day operation of the IT Service Desk, coordinating call logging, prioritisation and resolution in line with agreed SLAs. Working closely with the IT Support and Projects Coordination Manager, you’ll monitor performance, produce regular service reports, maintain asset records and support continuous improvement of the helpdesk platform. The role combines hands‑on 1st and 2nd line technical support with service coordination, user guidance and collaboration across multiple sites.
