United Colleges Group is seeking a passionate Communication Support Worker (CSW) to join our Additional Learning Support team. You will provide high-quality British Sign Language (BSL) communication support for Deaf learners in lessons and college activities.
You will adapt signing styles to individual learners, support across in-class, one-to-one and group settings, and help with IEPs, progress reviews and safeguarding.
