You will be responsible for recording agreed data on the College MIS system, processing BACS payments for weekly bursary awards, and maintaining accurate records of expenditure in line with funding body guidance and College financial regulations.

The role will also involve liaising with students, tutors, Student Advisors, childcare providers, nurseries and childminders, as well as supporting Discretionary Support Funds Panel meetings by taking minutes, maintaining clear records of decisions, and following up agreed actions.

You will also help prepare and distribute information, publicity, and associated forms relating to the funds, respond to enquiries from applicants, notify applicants and tutors of decisions, and prepare papers where appeals are required.
