This role, as part of our staff team, will ensure that our volunteers as well as our callers have a safe and positive experience of telephone prayer ministry.

You will also need excellent people skills as you will be the primary point of contact should a volunteer have a difficult call and need prayer and support themselves, with escalation to the team leads when necessary. You will also be required to pray for callers should you notice that waiting times are becoming too long.

You will also need to be flexible in offering cover for absences, which could be Saturdays, mornings or evenings. If you have a passion for people and prayer and have the insight to know how data can help sustain and improve our service, then you may be the right fit for this role.
