About the Role
As part of our expansion, United Ceres College (UCC) is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admissions & Academic Administration Officer to support admissions processing and academic administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising information, supporting students and teachers, and keeping academic operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will work closely with admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure accurate records, smooth enrolments, and proper academic documentation throughout the student lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Process student applications, enrolments, withdrawals, and transfers in line with internal procedures
- Support ICA Student’s Pass related administrative processes and documentation
- Maintain accurate student records, academic files, and course documentation
- Assist with class scheduling, timetables, and teacher coordination
- Support academic administration tasks such as attendance tracking, assessment records, and examination coordination
- Prepare letters, reports, and academic-related documents when required
- Respond to student and parent enquiries related to admissions and academic matters
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Ensure records and processes comply with SSG, EduTrust, and PDPA requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in admissions or academic administration within a PEI is preferred
- Familiarity with ICA Student’s Pass processes is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Singapore PEI environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
