gap personnel is recruiting Inbound Operators for our prestigious client based in Wymondham. The site provides inbound and outbound document services, including printing, mailing, document capture, storage, and key support functions.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, Overtime £19.07 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 16:00pm - 37.5 hours per week, 30 minute break per day

Type: Temporary to permanent for the right candidate

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk - NR18

Start date: Interviews will take place ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands‑on role using basic machinery and computer systems (Excel, Word, and internal systems)
  • Work to set targets for speed, accuracy, and quality
  • Receive and security‑check incoming mail
  • Scan and process paper documents
  • Index, store, and manage electronic documents
  • Respond to helpdesk queries when needed
  • Follow Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
  • Provide support or supervision when required
  • Be flexible and help with different tasks as needed

Knowledge & Skills:

  • IT literate, comfortable managing a queue of tasks
  • Experience working to tight deadlines preferred
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and methodical approach
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Results‑driven with a high level of accountability
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
