The company creates unique all‑season outdoor experiences for private clients across the UK and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Cutting timber to size, creating joints, and preparing materials
- Sanding, staining, and finishing timber components
- Assembling framework structures using brackets and fixings
- Pre‑assembling structures within the warehouse environment
- Fitting canvas panels and additional components
- Disassembling completed structures for packing and transportation
- Supporting stock control and ordering of warehouse materials
- Packing products safely for UK and international transportation
- Transporting products and tools to customer sites using company vehicles
- Installing structures on‑site as part of a team
- Carrying out international installations when required
- Visiting existing customer sites to complete repairs and maintenance
- Assisting warehouse operations during quieter periods
- Supporting deliveries to UK customers
- Liaising with suppliers regarding materials and deliveries
- Collecting materials from suppliers
- Working closely with the design team to identify product improvements
Candidate Profile
- Strong practical DIY skills
- Experience using power tools or willingness to learn
- Backgrounds in carpentry, property maintenance, installations, or general maintenance are advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working on‑site and travelling to different locations
- Flexible approach to overnight stays and international travel
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and manual work
- Full clean driving licence
- Valid passport for international travel
- Basic IT skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner with customers
