Role Details
- Hours: 44 per week - Permanent role, 7am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 8am – 12pm on a Saturday rota
- Salary: £29,080.48 basic salary per year
- Bonus / OTE: Realistic total earning potential of up to £32,680.48 per year

Responsibilities
- Hands-on work closely with the Branch Manager and Branch Supervisor in day-to-day branch operations
- Responsible for trade counter sales to achieve sales targets and confidently communicate product knowledge to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
- Pick, load and deliver products to customers via Eurocell’s 3.5-tonne flatbed trucks and LWB vans
- Plan routes, safely drive, and maintain the company vehicle
- Support the Branch Manager with timely actions and activities
- Comply with Health and Safety, company policies and procedures
- Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards and branch sales targets are achieved
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to help meet sales targets
- Assist in the delivery of branch operations
- Provide support and assistance to branch colleagues as required
- Maintain branch standards, including warehouse and stock management, front-of-house cleanliness and point of sale
Qualifications
- Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service
- Hands-on, customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers
- Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and use own initiative
- Confident IT user, experience of MS Office and industry-standard software such as SAP
- Full and valid driving licence (FLT licence would be an advantage)
- Previous branch stock-take experience an advantage
- Comfortable working in a small team and occasionally alone
- Experience in a similar trade / builders merchant / retail, glazing or uPVC environment an advantage
