Smart Education is currently recruiting for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a primary school in Worcester (WR5). This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within a positive and inclusive school environment.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in the classroom. You may provide general classroom support, assist with small group activities, or work 1:1 with pupils who require additional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
- Working with pupils individually or in small groups to support learning
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence, and participation
