Worcester Learning Disabilities Support Worker

As a temporary Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be providing high-quality care across a range of settings, from elderly care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and more complex care needs. You’ll become part of a compassionate team where every contribution counts.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship. You’ll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity.
What We’re Looking For- You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK (please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role).
- You must be a driver with access to your own car.
- Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings.
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
- A clear enhanced DBS (which you can apply for upon registration).
