Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support via phone, email, LiveChat, and review platforms.
- Process sales orders and handle payments efficiently.
- Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure a seamless experience.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, transforming feedback into positive outcomes.
- Support product launches and commercial campaigns.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on cross-selling or upselling.
- Proven experience with LiveChat and handling inbound queries confidently.
