Transaction Recruitment is supporting our Worcester based client in their search for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a long-term temporary basis, offering an immediate start. You will be working as part of a small successful finance team and will be responsible for managing your own ledger of accounts. This is a largely office based position, with one day a week working from home.

Daily duties and experience required:

  • Conducting credit control via phone and email
  • Building rapport with customer base to maintain positive working relationships
  • Conducting credit checks
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Query resolution
